My lived experience shapes how I coach. Across my career, I’ve held roles ranging from supervisor to C-suite within complex social service and behavioral health systems. I’ve navigated environments where stakes are high, change is constant, and leadership dynamics shape everything. I’ve experienced both challenging workplace cultures and deeply supportive leadership, and I understand firsthand the tension between wanting to succeed while not losing myself to the work.
My coaching style centers on creating a safe space where people can think clearly and honestly about themselves. I bring deep active listening, empathy, patience, and a genuine curiosity about how people experience the world, and a desire to help shift their mindsets toward acceptance, positivity and happiness to achieve more work and life.
